

What can I expect?
Accessing therapy is can be a really positive step in being able to understand how you think, feel and behave, and make sense of past experiences that have an impact on the 'here and now'.

Take a look in the 'resources' tab and see if any of the suggestions might help, free courses are available, and tips on how to manage feelings of overwhelm and distress tolerance.

I am available for a free 15min consult prior to meeting for a therapy session, I am happy to answer any questions and see if this is the right fit for you.

If you decide to book an appointment, you can call or text/email me or book directly through the website. You will be sent a zoom link if this is an online session and if in person I will send an appointment confirmation with details of the room booking and address. Invoices are sent following the session.
